For decades, I lived what looked like the "right" life while feeling completely lost inside.

I realized the tools I'd been using my entire life to pull myself out of those dark places—the method that saved me over and over again—wasn't just mine. It was universal. And once I saw it clearly, I couldn't unsee it.

I walked away from my 30+ year career to do this work full-time. Not because I'm a guru with all the answers, but because I've lived the breakdowns AND the breakthroughs. I know what it takes to get spiritually naked, undress and face your truth, and reclaim your power.
